1. Madhavi Buch and Dhaval Buch are alumini of IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi respectively. The Chief has had corporate career of 20 years and her husband has had of 35 years in Hindustan Unilever and Unilever Global. Thus the savings of $10 mil.

2. The investments were made when both Madavi and Dhaval were private citizens living in SIngapore.

3. The decision to make these investments were made upon advice from Mr Anil Ahuja , Dhaval's childhood friend from school and IIT Delhi and Chief Investment Officer. He was also ex-employee of citibank and JP Morgan.

4. Dhaval's appointment at Black Stone was on account of his expertise in supply chain market.

5. The two consulting companies setup by Madhavi in Singapore were part of disclosures she made to SEBI , with shareholdings .

Correct

That is not not the issue , but the real issue is , when will such problems be fixed within time. Last time when hindenburg attacked Adani , his stocks went down resulting in loss to many citizens of India , this time although his stocks were not much affected but the company he associates with are in danger such as LIC. Is common man the only entity which is supposed to face problems in this country ?
